Poem One:

Sea Glass

Shades of green, amber, milky white
smooth, mysterious bits of tumbled glass.
Whose hands held you to their lips?
Touched where? A long time ago.

Poem Two:

Recluse

Dune shack dweller these many years
she fancied herself a Crustacean
sliding through life sidewise.
