Hopes of Heaven
Millions of years ago
maybe you and I were
thrown out of the heaven
to create something wonderful;
Here!
to lighten the abyss with a glow
resplendent!
Instead, we sit apart
behind those locks
brooding why is it so dark in here.
Shouldn’t we now get up from this
Long, concocted slumber
And begin the voyage?
